A valid business license, good standing with Work Safe BC and no less than $2,000,000 liability insurance are mandatory. This project is open to local contractors only. “Local” shall mean a business that is conducted from property that is owned or rented by a vendor within the legal boundaries of the Municipality where the vendor holds a valid business license. In the event of procurement by sealed bid, the business license must have been purchased no less than 30 days before the bid opening. |
