This is an invitation to tender for Phase I of construction of new leachate force main at the Northern Rockies Regional Landfill (NRRL). The project includes trenching, backfill, and grading, installation of Owner-supplied HDPE leachate force main pipes, supply and installation of valve assemblies, cleanouts, and other pipe accessories, tie-in via camlock connection to an existing sanitary sewer system manhole, and site restoration to original conditions. Phase II of construction will encompass the extension of force main to the leachate manholes, pump installation and electrical tie-in and will be bid on and awarded separately from this Phase I.
