This is an invitation to tender for the second phase of construction (Phase 2) of the new leachate force main at the Northern Rockies Regional Landfill (NRRL). 

This project (Phase 2) includes trenching, backfill, and grading, supply and installation of HDPE leachate force main pipes, including cleanouts, valve chambers, air release valve chambers, blind flanges, and other pipe accessories, tie-ins to the existing force main, installation of Owner-supplied pumps and pump control panels, supply and installation of associated electrical works to the existing power poles, retrofit of the existing leachate manholes and installation of Owner-supplied lift station, hydrostatic testing and commissioning with the Phase 1 Leachate Force Main Contractor, seeding, and site restoration.
