This is a Request for Information (“RFI”) is to obtain detailed information from qualified vendors about Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) systems capable of meeting the Municipality’s finance requirements, including financial, payroll, taxation and utilities. We are seeking information, advice and insight from interested parties identifying ERP solutions that provide comprehensive support for operational processes, enhance data accessibility, and ensure compliance with Canadian Privacy and Security Regulations. Vendors are requested to detail their system capabilities, focusing on integration, scalability, and adaptability to the Municipality’s evolving needs. 

This RFI is intended to discover whether there is enough interest from the marketplace for providing the above noted services. The information provided may assist the Northern Rockies Regional Municipality (NRRM) in the development of a future procurement process.
